AVET Limited Warranty
Avet Industries, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from date of purchase. This Warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by abuse, normal expected wear or accident. If your reel has a defect within the terms of the warranty, you should return it to us, parcel post insured, at the address: Avet Industries, Inc. 9687 Topanga Cyn. Place, Chatsorth, CA 91311. and we will repair or replace your reel at our option, without further cost to you. If however, we determine after inspection that the repair is not covered by the provisions of this warranty, the Avet reel will be repaired and returned to you at a reasonable charge for labor, parts and return postage.
All Warranties, which may be implied by operation of law, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, shall be limited to one year from the date of purchase. In no event shall Avet Industries be liable for consequential or special damages for breach of this warranty or any other warranty, which may be limited by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. And some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential or special damages. So the above limitation and/or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal right. And you may also have other rights, Which vary from state to state.
How To Order Avet Reel Parts
Indicate reel model for which parts are needed.
Order parts by name and number as stated on parts list.

An Invoice will be sent showing parts prices and handling charge.
Your remittance will then ensure prompt shipment of your parts.
Minimum charge for parts orders is $10.00
Minimum charge for credit card orders is $12.00
Credit cards are accepted for telephone orders only.
A complete wash by submersion into fresh water and spinning the handle arm both in and out of gear. The reel should be shaken to remove excess water and dried off with a towel. The bearings can be left to dry. Lubricate the gears with light oil or grease Avets drag material is not affected by water during the cleaning process.
Careful attention should be taken not to contaminate the drag material with ANY PETROLEUM PRODUCT. Any time that you take down the reel, please use Corrosion X or Reel X in the screw holes.
